We collect various types of information in connection with the services we provide, including:

• 2.1. Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, password, profile photograph, and date of birth.
• 2.2. Identity & Verification Data (for Runners/Delivery Partners):Aadhaar number or other government-issued ID, driver's license, vehicle registration details, professional certifications, bank account details for payments, and background verification data (where legally permissible and with consent).
• 2.3. Transaction & Booking Data: Details of services booked or provided, date and time, location, service fees, payment method, transaction status, ratings, and reviews.
• 2.4. Payment Information: Payment card details, UPI IDs, wallet information, and billing addresses are processed through our third-party payment service providers (such as Razorpay). We do not store complete payment card information on our servers.
• 2.5. Communications: Content of messages sent through in-app chat, customer support tickets, emails, and phone calls for quality assurance and training purposes.
• 2.6. Device & Usage Information: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, unique device identifiers, app version, crash logs, diagnostic data, pages visited, features used, and time spent on the Platform.
• 2.7. Location Information: With your permission, we collect precise or approximate location data from your device to facilitate service matching, delivery, navigation, and safety features.
• 2.8. Portfolio & Work Samples (Optional for Runners):Photographs, descriptions, and links to previous work to showcase skills and experience.
• 2.9. Cookies & Similar Technologies: Information collected through cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies for analytics, personalization, and advertising.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• 3.1. Service Provision: To create and manage user accounts, facilitate bookings, process payments, enable communication between users and service providers, and deliver customer support.
• 3.2. Verification & Safety: To verify the identity and credentials of Runners and Vendors, conduct background checks (where applicable), maintain platform safety, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activities.
• 3.3. Personalization: To personalize content, recommendations, notifications, and promotional offers based on your preferences and usage patterns.
• 3.4. Analytics & Improvement: To analyze platform usage, monitor performance, conduct research, develop new features, test functionality, and improve user experience.
• 3.5. Marketing & Communications: To send promotional materials, newsletters, service updates, and other marketing communications (subject to your consent where required).
• 3.6. Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, governmental requests, enforce our Terms & Conditions, protect our rights, and resolve disputes.

• 5.1. Between Users: Limited profile information, contact details, and booking information are shared between Service Seekers and Runners to facilitate service delivery.
• 5.2. Service Providers: We engage trusted third-party service providers for payment processing (Razorpay), analytics (Google Analytics), cloud hosting (AWS), SMS/email delivery, background verification, and other operational purposes. These providers are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and security.
• 5.3. Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred, subject to appropriate safeguards.
• 5.4. Legal & Regulatory Authorities: We may disclose information to law enforcement, regulatory bodies, courts, or other governmental agencies when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
• 5.5. With Your Consent: We may share information for other purposes with your explicit consent.

Your personal data may be transferred to, stored at, or processed in locations outside India by our service providers and partners. The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18 years. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children. We implement appropriate technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, secure authentication, regular security assessments, and employee training. In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address your privacy concerns and complaints.

The Grievance Officer will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days from the date of receipt, as per applicable regulations.
